Terms and Conditions
Registration is not guaranteed until payment of fees is received in full.
Cancellations. For those who must cancel participation in the conference, reimbursements will only be made if a written request is received by email or fax 30 days before the start of the conference. A 25% administrative fee will be assessed. No reimbursements will be made after this date.
Reimbursements will be sent within two months after the end of the conference.
Substitutions may be made for registered participants up to 7 days before the start of the 3rd Conference as long as a written request is received by fax or email. If you would like to send a substitute for a participant who is already registered please contact conference organizers as early as possible.
Lodging and local transport are not included in the registration fees. Participants are responsible for making all travel and lodging arrangements.
